Thank you for your interest in presenting to the Independent Trustee Alliance (ITA).

The ITA invites proposals for relevant topics to be presented to our members. Please read our Speakers Guide before submitting your application. All presentations must qualify to be accredited for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE*) and must be submitted though our Speakers Application form.

Our education committee will review and determine if the presentation is relevant to our members and if it qualifies for MCLE. If so, you will be contacted to record a webinar for our members. Notice is usually provided within 60 days of receiving a complete application. Recorded webinars will be posted in the ITA education library and available to a national audience for five years.

*MCLE-eligible presentation needs to include instruction on (or facilitated discussion of) substantive law, matters of practice, professionalism, diversity/inclusion, mental health/substance abuse, civility, or legal ethics. The instruction or facilitated discussion must include significant intellectual, educational or practical content, have a primary objective of increasing each participant’s professional competence, and deal primarily with matters related to the practice of professionals who operate in the trusts and estates arena.
